In modern times, the School has become the most important influence on children in moulding their personalities. The child remains at home for more than 16 hours and stays at school for few hours, so maximum co-operation between the parents and school authorities is very essential.

I would request you to keep in touch with the work and progress of your child by referring to his/her school diary as often as possible. Occasional remarks from teachers are conveyed through these pages. I look forward to your close co-operation in our attempts to ensure all round development of the child entrusted to us. Meaningful and constructive suggestions to benefit school community may please be communicated to me.

• The school diary is an almanac of the events and happenings in the school. It is an effective medium of communication between Parents and Teachers.
• Note down your home work in the diary everyday.
• Show it to your parents and bring back replies to the teacher's notes/remarks.
• Keep your diary neat and covered.
• Fix your hours for home work in consultation with your parents. Before starting your study first read instructions of your teacher and act accordingly. This habit will pay you in the long run. This diary should always be with the student.
